LOS ANGELES - Emmy Awards ke-65 kembali digelar di Nokia Theatre, Downtown Los Angeles, Minggu 22 September waktu setempat. Sejumlah insan berprestasi dari dunia entertainment pun dinobatkan sebagai pemenang dalam berbagai kategori.
Breaking Bad berhasil memenangkan penghargaan tertinggi Emmy Awards. Film serial yang sering masuk nomionasi dan meraih beberapa penghargaan itu memenangkan penghargaan drama seri terbaik untuk kali pertama.
Dalam kategori serial komedi terbaik diraih Modern Family, serial yang ditayangkan dalam ABC itu menjadi pemenang kembali sebagai program acara mengenai keluarga konvensional. Penghargaan ini menjadi keempat kali dalam empat tahun berturut-turut.
